Unmanned Gym Rules & Regulations
Welcome to Unit 3 Gym @ Actif Llan.
Please follow these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
1 - Booking
All gym sessions and fitness classes must be booked via ClubRight before attending.
2 - Opening Hours
Monday–Friday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
3 - The gym closes promptly at the advertised times. Please leave the premises before closing.
4 - The last member leaving must switch off all gym lights before exiting.
5 - Access Codes
Your access code is for your personal use only. Access codes must never be shared or given to another person.
Misuse of access codes may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your membership.
7 - Gym Capacity
Open gym sessions are limited to 10 members at any one time.
If you are unable to attend your booked session, please cancel your booking as early as possible so another member can use the space.
8 - Use of Equipment
Members are responsible for using all equipment safely and correctly.
If you are unsure how to use any equipment, please ask a member of staff during staffed hours before using it.
9 - Cleanliness
Wipe down equipment after use.
Return all weights, dumbbells, bars and accessories to their correct storage areas.
Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
10 - Safety
Exercise within your own ability.
Do not attempt lifts or exercises beyond your capability without assistance.
Report any damaged or faulty equipment immediately and do not use it.
Appropriate Clothing
Suitable gym clothing and clean indoor training footwear must be worn at all times.
No bare feet, sandals or outdoor muddy footwear.
Respect Others
Please respect fellow members.
Keep noise to a reasonable level and treat equipment with care.
Abusive, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
11 - CCTV
CCTV operates throughout the gym for the safety and security of members.
12 - Emergency Procedures
In an emergency, call 999 immediately.
Emergency contact details and first aid equipment are located within the gym.
Report all accidents or incidents to Unit3Gym as soon as possible.
13 - Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are left entirely at the owner's risk.
Unit 3 Gym @ Actif Llan accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
14 - Membership
Membership is non-transferable.
Entry is permitted only to the named member with a valid booking.
Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
